Venice!

The 54th Biennale was held this year in Venice – I was there! I purchased a pass, so I was able to come and go when I wanted to. Inspiring. Here is a pic of one of my watercolours. It suggests the multi-layered intrigue of Venice. I’ve called it “Venetian Blinds”. The Tourist only sees one layer of this incredible historic and mysterious city. Loved the fact that I was there with my sister Sandra for two weeks and one week on my own. Might have made it to the second layer, but so much more to explore.
